Flirting with this character: Louie usually flirts with every woman he sees so I'm sure he'd be pretty happy to be on the receiving end for once. (He's also likely to flirt with your character if he mistakes them for a woman.)
Fighting with this character: Go for it. He isn't too skilled in the fighting department but he will fight back.
